Whether you’re strolling the village streets, visiting the General Store, or attending one of our seasonal events, Billie Creek offers a glimpse into the stories and traditions that shaped our community.

Civil War Days

Step back in time during Civil War Days at Billie Creek, May 2–3, 2026.

Experience Indiana’s largest Civil War reenactment with full battle demonstrations, cavalry, artillery, historic camps, civilian programs, live music, and evening festivities including the Civil War Ball and night firing. With immersive history around every corner, this is a weekend for history lovers, families, and curious explorers alike.
