We have multiple types of spaces to offer for our vendors in 2025.

A map of the village with vendor locations numbered out. This is for placement assignments.
This map will also be available to the public during and after the festival as well as online.
Billie Creek boasts three covered bridges, a sure draw of bridge lovers.
The free shuttle will be operating. This ferries people between Rockville’s square and the general store, bringing the crowds from downtown into the village.
Free advertising on our website once the application is accepted and fees paid.
Exclusive rights; we will do our best to ensure you are the only branded vendor at our site. Such as Ruby Ribbon, Tupperware, CutCo, etc.
$300 per 20’X20′ space Outdoor vending space to pitch your own tent or booth.
$400 The Livery Barn offers shared primitive space with electricity and offers five spaces
$500-1000 depending on size and location. Four primitive cabins allow set up inside a building with electricity, these are exclusive and will not be shared with other vendors.
$500 We have availability for four to six food vendors.
